The LifeWatch V was designed with a service-product ecosystem in mind.
The ecosystem supports the services that are offered on top of the health tests and medical apps in the phone. It lets users share their tests results and data, track and trend the data and consult with experts, through an optional 24/7 call center offered at an additional subscription fee.
The technology that powers the ecosystem connects the smartphone with the cloud based service that supports it, enabling the saving and secure sharing of data, as well as reports and analytics. Reminders and call center connectivity and support are also powered by the LifeWatch cloud.
Each test result is automatically and securely saved to a remote LifeWatch server in the cloud, together with other results and trend data.
Cloud-Based ECG Analysis
ECG tests are sent to the cloud, then automatically analyzed by a smart algorithm. Analysis is presented to the user within seconds.
All results and historical data can be shared in a report format with a third party, via email or text message.
Third Party Sharing
Results can be shared with family members, caretakers, physicians, dietitians and other third parties designated by the user, as a premium service offered by the service provider.
Data, stored in the cloud, can be presented in report formats with trending and other analytics that can help the user and their healthcare providers see the bigger picture.
