Service Plans

 

The LifeWatch V phone was designed with a service-product ecosystem. This ecosystem powers a range of service plans that can be offered by a telecommunications/mobile provider offering the LifeWatch V phone, better catering to consumer needs and generating an additional monthly service fee to the provider. A key component of the ecosystem is the backend for optional call-center consultation offered to the user, in addition to the ability to send and share test results. This lies at the heart of the service operator’s offering and ensures a unique appeal to health-conscious individuals.

The LifeWatch V is best offered to users under three types of service plans:

  • Basic plans enable all the applications, by saving health test data and sharing it safely and securely, according to user needs.

  • Diet management plans cater to diet-consciousĀ individuals and enable the operation of the diet apps.

  • Premium plans include both the basic plan and diet plan features, as well as 24/7 call center support.
