The Phone
Take your test
The Smartphone:
The LifeWatch V is a fully featured android-based phone. It looks just like any other smartphone, yet its slick stainless steel frame packs quick, accurate and high-quality medical sensors, and powers seven health tests. By placing their fingers on the sensors, LifeWatch V s users can measure and track their medical condition, take corrective action, plan meals, activities and more. Until the LifeWatch V these tests required the use of dedicated devices.
By tapping into the power of the smartphone and equipping it with state-of-the-art medical sensor devices, we believe our LifeWatch V smartphone can not only test ECG , blood glucose, blood oxygen or heart rate: it can improve people’s health by encouraging them to make their lifestyles better and healthier.
The Health Tests and Diet Apps:
The LifeWatch V is the first ever smartphone that can take blood glucose measurements. Just insert the strip into the dedicated slot, prick your finger and the result will be presented immediately on your smartphone. The one-lead ECG test is just as innovative.
Each medical test works with the sensors and is presented as an application: ECG, Body Temperature, Blood Glucose, Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation, Body Fat and Stress Test. In addition, we’ve also created diet applications to help our users plan meals, manage their weight, follow a diet regime, take their medications and much more.
Taking a test is as simple as placing fingers on the sensors. Each result is automatically and securely saved to a remote server, and can be presented for analysis, together with other results. All results and historical data can also be shared with a 3rd party per the user’s request (call center, physician, or family) via e-mail or text message.
The Service Plans:
Our test results are securely and automatically stored in a personal database that can be shared with medical staff, allowing for improved disease detection, treatment and management. Our solution supports flexible service plans for sharing and interpreting test data as well as phone-based medical support. These plans can be operated by the operator or a third party.
